INDIE GAMES

Interactive media is one of the most powerful forms of artistic expression and I love it. It's my favorite form of expression and I currently have a couple indie games in the works. One will for sure absolutely be released but I'm not revealing shit about it on this site until it comes out. If you know me you probably know what I'm talking about.

If you have any interest in learning to make indie games of any size and have a bit of coding experience, I can highly reccomend Godot. Its node-based system is a little strange to get used to but it's very powerful and can allow for a really short time between idea and implementation.

Below are a bunch of idle thoughts about games I've played and really enjoyed.

the only way out of purgatory is ballin'
No internet could be complete without Hot Dad.
Physics-based adaptation of Speed (1994)
the cutest revolution
THE ONLY FORCE MORE POWERFUL THAN TIME IS LESBIAN ROBOTS
oh my god i love this cute little alligator guy
oh my god i love this cute little bird girl
oh my god capitalism places us in a state of perpetual competition in which we are often forced to compromise our principles in order to survive and those who manage to distance themselves from any form of morality are rewarded with luxury and the ability to shape the world as they see fit as the bonds between people become broken the planet dies and life becomes literally worthless
indulge in the universal fantasy of being a cute frog collecting ingredients for a tea party
🐸
Must-play narrative for anyone who has ever felt like a freak, failure, felon, or furry.
this is the most FPS of all time
Arguably the first game to make the player's empathy a major game mechanic.
Unarguably the most popular game to make the player's empathy a major game mechanic.
Watching and potentially contributing to a loved one's self-destruction is scarier than any axe murderer. Trying to give Ame her best possible life is a real challenge; the simple game mechanics are tuned in such a way that they can drive the player to make immoral decisions out of a feeling of necessity. Tons of endings, so many ways things can go HORRIBLY wrong.
short melancholic vn with a killer soundtrack
KILL KILL KILL APE GO SMASH KILL APE APPRECIATE JAZZ
have you seen Drive?
Who's Lila?
A rhythm game lives and dies by its style. Thumper's style is Violence. Geometric horrors surround the play area. Everything is moving so fast. Every input feels like the beating of war drums. Every hit of a note feels like it could kill. The visuals are dark and psychedelic. If you can, try it in VR.
the world is ending and my best friend is a penguin. it's just like real life except for the penguin thing
video games once again prove that vandalism is rad as hell
a very normal VN about buying milk
a much more developed milk experience
